Kate Putnam, Founder/Owner
Kate brings over 18 years of skills and experience working across multiple industries and multiple businesses. With a B.A. in English and a minor in Business Management and Spanish from Wheaton College of Massachusetts, and an M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College, Kate brings acute marketing experience and savvy business operations understanding to any project.
She’s worked in account/client management, research analytics and resourcing across the banking, insurance, technology and nonprofit industries. She’s tackled business development, program management, internal operations development, training and cross-functional growth, investor and analyst relations, and performed as a chief of staff in technology ecommerce. She’s also led the marketing and operations for an HR consultancy, community platform and HR tradeshow organization. To say she’s worn many hats and tackled business solutions in just about any industry is an understatement. No project is too big or too small.
The COVID-19 Pandemic brought a new path for many both good and bad. For Kate, it renewed her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for learning. Having always been a strong, influential asset to any organization, Kate founded Weston Putnam Management to bring her curiosity for understanding, researching, marketing and growing businesses to more small-and-medium-sized companies. We all have so much to do and Weston Putnam Management was founded on the dream that organizations can get what they need to grow operationally effectively, collaboratively and affordably and nothing they don’t need or want.
She resides in Massachusetts with her two children, husband and dog and loves all kinds of fitness, cooking and thrives on friendships and deep genuine connections.
